Terms of Service
Use Apex Flow Labs fairly and legally. Apex Pass renews until you cancel, which you can do anytime. We own our content; you own yours. These terms are governed by the laws of California.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you create an account, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Resell, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Abuse the affiliate program through fraudulent or self-dealing referrals.
3. Payment & subscriptions
Apex Pass is billed in advance on the cycle you choose (monthly, annual, or one-time lifetime). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice; Lifetime members keep the price they locked in.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account. Access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All Apex Flow Labs brands, content, books, courses, and software are owned by Apex Flow Labs or its licensors. Anything you create or upload remains yours; you grant us the limited permission needed to provide the service.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Apex Flow Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
7. Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
