When you use Apex Flow Labs we may collect:
- Account details you give us — your name and email address.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
- Usage analytics — pages visited and actions taken, collected via PostHog, to understand and improve the product.
- Communications — messages you send us through forms or email.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate your account and Apex Pass, process purchases, provide support, send service updates, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and attribute affiliate referrals. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
4. Third parties
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Apex Flow Labs — including Stripe for payments, Supabase for account data, and PostHog for analytics. Each is bound to protect your information.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
